How to Use This Document

We advise using your browser’s Find function (usually CTRL+F or Command+F) to search for the manufacturer or device type you’re interested in.

⚠️Partial/Expanding Support
🔜Planned within ~90 days
🗓️Planned, but may not be complete within 90 days
  • “⚠️” typically means NetSpeek covers a portion of the vendor’s product portfolio and is actively working on expanding coverage. It can also indicate limitations introduced by the APIs available from that vendor – the vendor-specific details below the overview table should help with understanding specific capabilities and constraints.

Capability Types

  • Expertise: Lena has knowledgebase support for chat, troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Awareness: Lena can discover and monitor manufacturer’s devices (read-only access)
  • Control: Lena can send commands to manufacturer’s devices (write access)
  • Fleet Partner: NetSpeek and manufacturer have an official partnership with signed agreements for technical coordination

Notes on the overview table above:

  • You may wish to discuss the vendors, devices, and capabilities shown on this page, or additional devices and capabilities you would like to see added, with your NetSpeek Sales or Customer Experience contact. We encourage getting in touch to start these conversations by sending an email to lena@netspeek.com with your desire or inquiry.
    • It is sometimes the case that a capability exposed by a device has intentionally not been implemented or exposed to NetSpeek users – for example, an unrecoverable destructive act such as a factory reset might be available through a device’s API, but something NetSpeek has not yet chosen to implement. In general, limitations in device control are based on the constraints of the API’s the hardware manufacturer has made available for the device in question.
